Cade Spencer from Bowie High School Austin,Texas becomes student of the month on February 5th 2018, To commend his hard work and commitment to school, by his teachers noticing the extra effort he puts in.
Cade Spencer wanted to be Student Of The Month because wanted the recognition for all of his hard work and school accomplishments and even got into disputes with piers to earn the fitted title. Cade likes to help out in his community and makes sure to help anyone in need of help.
Spencer claims that Student Of The Month is not the easiest title to earn.
"I worked really hard to earn this title and it took a lot of dedication and motivation"
Bielke claims that Spencer likes to help others and goes above and beyond.
"Cade has always been a hard worker, every class period he turns all of his assignments in early and asks what else he can do to help out around the class. Usually he goes around and helps people who are struggling with their assignments because that's the kind of person he is."-Ms.Bielke
Spencer believes that effort and a good attitude are key.
"To be student of the month means you put your best effort into all of your assignments,work well with all of your piers and always have a positive attitude." -Spencer said
Spencer claims that it is important to give back and help others and also he enjoys swimming.
"My out of school activities are swimming and Alpha Charity League. I love to swim because it is very relaxing and nice to have time to myself, I also like to be a part of the Alpha Charity League because giving back is very important."-Spencer said
Spencer claims it's his first time being student of the month but it's been a goal for a while.
"I have always wanted to be student of the month, It's been a long term goal and motivated me to work hard and I wanted colleges to know I was student of the month"-Spencer said
Anna claims that Cade's genuine helping personality lead to him becoming Student Of The Month.
"Cade is a hard worker and very smart but he is also an incredible friend. He constantly does selfless acts for his friends and is always there for you no matter what, he is one of the few genuine people left. I think teachers also really noticed how good of a friend and person Cade is and that's when they wanted to choose him for student of the month"-Anna Demopoulos
