1) The changes that were made were: they made the face thinner, raised the eyebrows, made her neck longer, made her shoulders thinner, made her lips bigger and more plump, made the frame of her face smaller, and her eyes bigger.
2) The changes that were made to her face were: they put tons of make up on her face and then plumped and artificially colored them, made her eyes bigger, and her nose smaller.
The changes to her body were:They made her body color more pale, made her butt smaller, made her shoulder bone more defined, made her stomach smaller, her legs thinner, her calves and legs longer and thinner, and her neck thinner.
3) They changed the pizza into a girl to me this proves that they really can do anything, which is scary. What if people with access to photoshop somehow found a picture of you? Or a family member? They could make it seem like you were doing something illegal or bad.
4) I personally don't think its acceptable to change a persons appearance, because if you advertise for clear skin but you are using photo shop and editing they're face thats a flat out lie, I think it shouldn't be aloud because its false advertisement and for a company selling something, it shouldn't be done.
5) Yes, I think that there are circumstances where it would be acceptable, although for the companies in the following it is not and if they changed the girls face completely that would be an example of how it would be bad.
6) Some changes that might be ok are: cropping and editing the background and thats about all, because if you're product didn't fix it then maybe you shouldn't sell it!
7) I think some differences between fashion photography and photo journalism are that fashion photography you are trying to portray someone as something and you have a game plan, where as photo journalism you might have a plan but things will most likely change because you are not in as much of a controlled area.
8) Photo journalism is closer to reality in my opinion because its more frowned upon to edit for photojournalism, where as in fashion photography they edit it to make their product more appealing. I feel like editing fashion photography affects the ethnicity because I've seen advertisements and then seen the real product and was very disappointed which is frustrating, for photo journalism I also think it affects the ethnicity but its not as bad as editing fashion photography.
9) I think you are showing us these videos to show us how photoshop can be a good and bad thing and how some people take it too far and how drastically it can affect the photos.
10) The main point of the videos was showing how they made the girls thinner and more beautiful, but you don't want men looking skinny and beautiful, also men care less about there appearance and there art as many things you can do to make men look better.
